Rachael was great--kind, courteous, organized, knowledgeable, accessible and always a quick responder. She was helpful throughout our entire journey! A real people person who clearly enjoys her work. We met her though our daughter and son-in-law, who had sold and bought a house through Rachael. She definitely lived up to their recommendation.
